The problem with most coaching

Tired of "just relax"?

"Just relax"
"Just brush the ball"
"Move your feet"

Most coaching tells you what to do. It rarely explains the cause. When the cue is vague, the body fills the gap, usually wrongly. Then you blame yourself.

We fix the cause from the foundation up. Clear cues. Precise fixes.

Tennis is counterintuitive but logical. We make it as accessible as possible by replacing vague cues with specific, individual fixes you can practise on your own.
The method

Foundations.
Diagnosis.
Workable solutions.

Built on first-principles biomechanics: we explain why each movement works at the body-level, then give you a workable fix you can take home.

01 · Foundation

Build the foundation first

Before stroke mechanics, we make sure the base is solid. Balance, grip, posture, weight transfer. Without these, every advanced technique collapses when conditions change.

02 · Diagnosis

Diagnose the actual problem

When something isn't working, we find the root cause, not the symptom. A tense arm often starts in the index finger.

03 · Fix

One clear next step

You leave with clear things to focus on. A grip change, a footwork cue, or one drill. Clear enough to recognise and practise on your own.

The why chain

Just enough to start.
As deep as needed.

You don't need to understand everything to start improving. Core fundamentals only, by default.

But when you get stuck, we go all the way down. As deep as needed, until we find the exact building block that broke.

A real "why" chain
Problem · Rotating well, but ball lands short
Why? · Not enough racket speed at contact
Why? · Arm decelerating before the hit
Why? · Wrist & forearm locked, killing energy transfer
Why? · Index finger pressure too dominant on grip
Fix · Reduce index finger pressure. Shift gentle pressure to middle, ring, and pinky finger bases. One drill. Done.
What to expect

Your first session
will surprise you.

First-time learners often feel slower mentally before feeling better physically. That is normal. The mental overload is temporary. As the patterns settle, the physical execution follows.

Every cue comes with a biomechanical reason, so you understand the why, not just the what. You leave with one thing to practise on your own.

01
The mental load hits first

Your brain absorbs new patterns. You may feel slower than expected at first. That is normal.

02
You understand why, not just what

Every instruction comes with a biomechanical reason. Your body starts to self-correct between drills.

03
The physical click happens later

Everyone improves at their own pace. Compare with yourself, not with others. When it clicks, the improvement is visible and easy to feel.

04
You leave knowing how to get unstuck

By the end, you have a simple diagnostic framework. When you plateau, you know which building block to check.

Optional video analysis

See what is actually happening.

The fastest way to improve is to see what your body is actually doing. Send or record swing footage and we review it together, find the root issue, and give one clear correction to practise before the next session.
